In June 2018, we became an official Which? Trusted Trader.
We decided to go through the process to be recognised by Which? because it will give our customers that extra reassurance that we can be trusted to deliver a high quality service.
Which? has been testing products and services for almost 60 years, and their Trusted trader logo is a sign of reputation and trust. They can help customers to choose the right trader for them and also give good traders the recognition they deserve.
To become a Trusted trader, we had to complete a rigorous assessment process to make sure Which? were confident we are indeed a trader to be trusted. This involved sharing a credit report to validate our financial health, having 10 of our customers contacted to check for suitable levels of customer satisfaction, a thorough examination of our business procedures and finally a number of interviews and assessments with our staff.
Once we passed all of the above sections, we were endorsed by Which? as a Trusted trader and we can communicate this to our customers.
